Coverage: This warranty covers any manufacturing defects for a period of one year.
Initiating a Claim: If you experience an issue with your jewelry, simply contact our friendly customer service team at service@lornajewelry.com. We will provide you with a return shipping address and guide you through the claim process.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Safe Packaging: Please ensure your jewelry is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. We are not liable for lost or stolen items.
Trackable Shipping: We require a trackable shipping method for all warranty claims. Packages without tracking cannot be processed.
Warranty Exceptions: This warranty does not cover modifications, abuse, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, as determined by our professional team.
Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects:

Please note that certain characteristics inherent to the materials or crafting process are not considered defects:
- Slight Imperfections: Minor irregularities or variations in craftsmanship that do not affect functionality or beauty.
- Natural Gemstone Characteristics: Natural variations in color, oxidation, or fading that occur in some gemstones over time.
- Electroplating Wear: Gradual fading of the electroplating finish, which is a natural characteristic of this technique.
