30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to creating a comfortable and well-pleasing shopping experience at Lornajewelry.com. That's why we offer an Easy 30-day Return/Exchange service for all purchases. All the policies begin from the date you received the product to the date the problem was reported to us first.

Items that are being returned&exchanged should be new, and unworn. They should be kept in their original condition with size tags. （Items without a tag are not refundable or exchanged)

Return & Exchange Process (Please Read First)

Step 1: Review Our Policy
Please carefully review all Return & Exchange Conditions, Non-Refundable Items, and Refund & Fee Policies below before requesting a return or exchange.

Step 2: Contact Us
Email service@lornajewelry.com to request a return or exchange authorization.

Step 3: Ship the Item
After sending your package, email us the tracking number and shipping courier within 7 days once both parties agree on the return/exchange.

Step 4: Inspection
LORNAJEWELRY receives and inspects the package.

Step 5: Resolution

Return: Refund or store credit issued (based on your request and authorization).
Exchange: Store credit (gift card) issued.

Step 6: Exchange Order (if applicable)
Use the store credit (gift card) to place a new order.

Important: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect processing.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Authorization Required
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. All returns and exchanges require prior email notification to service@lornajewelry.com.
Time Frame
Requests must be made within 30 days from the date the original order was received.
Original Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. No scratches, signs of wear, resizing, or alterations are allowed.

Note: All white/rose/yellow gold jewelry is 1μm plated on 925 silver. Normal fading due to daily wear, rubbing, or bumping is not a quality issue.
Trackable Shipping
Returns and exchanges must be shipped using a trackable method. Untracked items will not be processed.
Promotional Gifts
Any promotional gifts received must be returned together. Otherwise, the retail value will be deducted from the refund.
Buy 1 Get 1 Free Promotion

Partial Return: If returning only part of the promotion, the kept item will be charged at full retail price, and the refund will be issued after deduction.
Full Return: Returning all items follows the regular return policy.

Non-Refundable Items

Items without jewelry tags, or items that have been worn, damaged, resized, or altered.
Items that were worn or sent as replacement/exchange items.
Special order items, including custom sizes (with a $15 fee) or custom colors.
Clearance collection items.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 5 days after we receive your package.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after processing.
Refunds can be issued to:
- The original payment account, or
- Store credit (gift card), as requested.

Please Note:

To receive a refund to the original payment account, you must contact a LORNAJEWELRY representative for authorization.
Additional shipping fees paid for delivery services are non-refundable.

Shipping Fee Reimbursement & Exchange Fees

Issued under the following circumstances:

Wrong item received.
Item is broken, defective, or has incorrect engraving.
(For defective or broken items, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.)
